    I have worked at Red Hat for nearly six years, and as a member of the Service Management team, I supported stakeholders and enhanced the overall usability of the support portal based on ServiceNow.

    This is a collection of UX work that includes mockups I designed over the years. Most of the work consists of small iterations and initiatives aimed at improving the ease of use of the support portal.
