Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to enhance the user experience in a wide variety of projects. At Red Hat, I revamped the service catalog, resulting in a 28% increase in conversions. I redesigned the billing system for SPC Brasil and participated in several key projects at Fundação Cásper Líbero, such as the São Silvestre International Run, Faculdade Cásper Líbero, and TV Gazeta.
I hold a degree in Internet Systems (Web Design and Development), a graduate degree (Lato Sensu) in Graphic Design from FAAP, and a second graduate degree (Lato Sensu) in Design Management and Culture of Innovation at Mackenzie.
I have a proven track record in introducing design processes and elevating design maturity in large corporate environments such as SPC Brasil and Red Hat. My specialization lies in leading and implementing UX strategy, interface design, and research for complex digital products (service portals, intranets, financial systems, e-commerce, chatbots, and mobile apps) and ensuring scale and efficiency through the implementation and governance of design processes, style guides, and Design Systems.
Principal UX Designer
As the Principal Designer, I was the voice for design and UX in service management. I also coordinated and mentored a junior UX researcher. I acted as the UX team’s Scrum Master to help manage the team’s board and activities.
Senior UX Designer
As a Senior Designer, I redesigned the service catalog experience, and established processes for UX research, UX metrics, UX writing, web forms, and information architecture management.
UX Designer II
I joined Red Hat as a member of the Service Management team, and my main responsibilities were to evolve the UI and UX of the Service Support portal on the ServiceNow Platform.

As designer specialist, I established design standards, created processes, and introduced a user-centered approach, which was previously lacking in the development process.
Senior UX Designer
I joined SPC as a Senior UX to design their proprietary CRM system. All associated commercial chambers used the system to manage SPC’s product offerings and local customers.
Mid Web Designer
As a Mid-Level Designer at Fundação Cásper Líbero, I designed the UI/UX for key projects like the new Intranet, Cásper Magazine website, and the 16' São Paulo mayoral election. I also coordinated three Junior designers and two interns.
